This Court Receiver's Report is filed seeking an order for confirmation of the auction sale.

By an order dated 12th June 2024, this Court had accepted the bid of Mrs.Meena Lamba and Mr.Madanlal Lamba of Rs.2,00,00,000/-(Two Crores) subject to the terms and conditions of the sale as notified by the Court Receiver on 29th April 2024.

The Court Receiver states that the successful bidder has deposited an amount within a period of 15 days from the date of D.A.ETHAPE

In view of the aforesaid statement, the Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 5.

The sale of the subject premises in favour of Mrs.Meena Lamba and Mr.Madanlal Lamba stands confirmed. 6.

Report stands disposed of.
