In Court Receiver Report No.517 of 2025, the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, has sought the following directions :- "(a) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass necessary directions on the letter dated 11th November, 2025 received from the Collector of Stamps regarding the issue of stamp duty?

(b) The cost of the report amounting Rs. 5,000/- be awarded and Auction Purchaser be directed to deposit the same with the Office of the Court Receiver;"

By Order dated 11th November 2025 the Collector of Stamps, Mumbai has directed that an amount of Rs.31,88,500/- is required to be paid as stamp duty with respect to the subject purchase. 3.

Mr. Rajesh G. Singh, Auction Purchaser, states that he will comply with the said Order dated 11th November 2025 of the Collector of Stamps, Mumbai, although it is his contention that as Auction Purchaser he is required to pay amount of stamp duty as per the auction purchase price.

Accordingly, the prayer clause (a) of the Court Receiver Report No.517 of 2025 is disposed of as Mr. Rajesh G. Singh, Auction Purchaser, states that he will pay the stamp duty as per the Order dated 11th November 2025 of the Collector of Stamps, Mumbai. 5.

The Court Receiver Report is also allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Accordingly, Court Receiver Report No.517 of 2025 is disposed of.
