Learned Counsel appearing for the Execution Applicant, learned Counsel appearing for the Judgment-Debtors, state that the decree is completely satisfied.

Accordingly, Execution Application No.210 of 2011 is disposed of as the decree is satisfied.

Mr. Singh, who is the Auction Purchaser, states that a Deed of Conveyance is executed in his favour and the same is registered. 4.
Accordingly, in terms of the Order dated 17th March 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge in Court Receiver Report No.88 of 2024 with Court Receiver Report No.266 of 2024 in Interim Application No.3110 of 2021 in Execution Application No.210 of 2011 in Suit No.3782 of 1989 and more particularly Paragraph No.20 of the same, the Court Receiver shall stand discharged. 5.
Learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants, states that, if any charges are to be paid to the Court Receiver, the Defendants will pay the same.

Accordingly, the Execution Application is disposed of as also the Court Receiver stands discharged without passing accounts. 7.
In view of disposal of the Execution Application, nothing survives in the Chamber Summons/Interim Applications, if any, and they are also disposed of.
