It is seen from the Site Report of the Court Receiver that there is deliberate suppression of providing the location of the vehicles on behalf of the Respondent. Particular regard to July 18, 2024 which is in continuation of a Site Report dated July 15, 2024. 2.

Since, in view of the nature of conduct by the counterparty, the registry to issue summons to ensure the attendance of the Respondent before this Court on the next date, returnable on November October 16, 2025 Shraddha

The Petitioner is given liberty to provide the details of the local police station to the registry of the High Court to enable smooth execution of the summons.
