CORAM : BHARATI DANGRE, J DATED : 13th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- In furtherance of the order dated 16/10/2025, when the Registry was directed to issue summons to ensure the appearance of respondent before the Court through a nonbailable warrant by making it returnable on 14/11/2025, the counsel state that due to the vacation of the Court, necessary steps could not be taken.

The petitioner shall ensure necessary compliance in terms of the order dated 16/10/2025 and shall collect the fresh warrant to be served provided the Court extends the returnable date.
