1) It is unfortunate that despite this Court issuing non-bailable warrant of arrest against the Respondent, the same is not executed by the Office of Superintendent of Police, (Rural), Jaipur. 2) In that view of the matter, Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jaipur shall file a personal report as to why warrant is not being served against the Respondent and why he is not arrested and brought before this Court.

3) Registry to send copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, (Rural), Jaipur forthwith.
