Mr. Daver, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner today submits that Respondent No.2 has not made payment of the amount as th September 2024 and is thus in recorded in Paragraph 4 of the order dated 9 breach of the assurance given to the Court.

To this, Mr. Pathak, who appeared through video conferencing, th September 2024 remitted an amount of submitted that his client on 13 Rs.2,10,791/- to the Petitioner, which fact was intimated to one Mr. Sushil Chavan, who, it is stated, is the authorised officer of the Petitioner. He undertakes to furnish a copy of this payment to the Petitioner of this amount. 3.

Respondent No.2 is present in Court when the statement was made to the Court.
