Mr Daver, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner today confirms that the amount as mentioned in the order dated 25th
903-CARBPL-19126-2024.DOC September 2024 has in fact been received. He apologies to the Court since the concerned representative of the Petitioner, Mr Sushil Chavan had inadvertently not informed. In view of this he submits that the account is regularized. It is thus, he seeks leave to withdraw the Commercial Arbitration Petition. Leave granted as prayed for. 2.
The Commercial Arbitration Petition is thus disposed of. 3.
The Court Receiver shall stand discharged on payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. The said amount is to be deducted from the amount deposited by the Petitioner with the Court Receiver, after which remaining amount is to be refunded to the Petitioner.

In view of this the Court Receiver's Report No. 347 of 2024 is disposed of.
