The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay has sought following reliefs in Court Receiver Report No.377 of 2024:-
"(a) The Hon'ble Court may pass necessary order for taking forcible possession by breaking open locks of the suit property as 20-25 persons assembled near main gate at time of visit.
(b) The Hon'ble Court may pass necessary directions to the Senior Police Inspector of the Amboli Police Station for providing police protection for executing the order of Hon'ble Court."

Mr. Mukund V. Yadav, Police Inspector, Amboli Police Station is personally present in Court. He states that police protection will be provided to the Court Receiver immediately to take possession of the subject property as directed by this Court by Order dated 22nd August 2024. Mr. S. K. Dhekale, the Court Receiver states that the Court Receiver will take possession of the subject property on 6th September 2024 at 10:30 a.m..

Mr. Mukund V. Yadav, Police Inspector, Amboli Police Station states that police protection of adequate Police Personnel will be provided to the Court Receiver to take possession of the subject property.

Mr. Bhandari, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will deposit by tomorrow an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- with the Court Receiver as ad-hoc payment for charges required for providing police protection. The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay to make payment to the appropriate Police Authorities as per the rules. 5.
Stand over to 9th September 2024.

Accordingly, ad interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
