Accordingly, nothing survives in the Court Receiver's Report No.377 of 2024 and the same is disposed of in terms of earlier order dated 4th September 2024 and in terms of prayer clause (c). 3.

Pursuant to earlier order dated 22nd August 2024, stand over to 7th October 2024.

The Court Receiver is permitted to file report for taking further steps even before 7th October 2024.
