Ms.Vaidya appears from the Court Receiver's office and tenders Court Receiver's Report No.460 of 2024 and submits that neither any inspection of the properties was taken nor any bids have been received and therefore this Court give further directions in respect of the eight immovable properties. The learned Counsel appearing in the matter also confirm the same.

Since the last date to receive the offers was 22nd October 2024 by 5.00 p.m., this Court is of the view that the next steps with respect to the eight immovable properties can be considered after a month. 4.

Accordingly, the Court Receiver's report is disposed. 5.

Needless to say that the costs of the report of Rs.5,000/- is permitted to be deducted from the suit account. 6.

Let an appropriate Court Receiver's report be placed before this Court after a month.
