Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff invites my attention to the order dated 28th July 2025, by which this Court had granted time for completing pleadings. He points out that despite this, the Defendant has not yet filed an affidavit-in-reply. He therefore, fairly submits that the matter is stood over and the Applicant/Plaintiff shall reproduce the latest of date of hearing to the Defendants.

Hence the following orders:

Stand over to 8th September 2025.

It is made clear that on the next date if none appear on behalf of the Defendant, the Court shall consider to take up the Interim Application for final disposal. Furthermore, on that date, if none for the Defendant appear, no further time shall be granted. If any affidavit-in-reply is to be filed, the same must be filed before the next date.
