ORDER :

The directions in the Court Receiver's Report in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b) have already been issued vide Order dated 14th December, 2024. The payments have been made in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b) to the concerned parties namely erstwhile Licensee-Spice Islands Industries Ltd. and Seven Islands Ventures Pvt. Ltd. as well as to bank in terms of prayer clauses. 1/2

Accordingly, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts after payment of entire amount as directed by Order dated 24th January, 2024 which shall be borne by the Original Plaintiff.

The costs of Rs.5,000/- which is permitted to be deducted from the Applicant's Society's amount. 4.
The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of. 5.
Nothing remains to be executed and in view thereof, the Execution Application No.38 of 2006 is disposed of. [ R.I. CHAGLA J. ] 2/2
