The Court Receiver's Report indicates that for execution of the order of 17th October, 2024 when the ASR visited the Defendants premises it was noticed that the outlet was named as "Juice & Burger Land" and it was informed that the shop was given earlier on rent in May-2024 and since then outlet is being run under the name "Juice & Burger Land". The ASR did not find any infringing material. 2.

In view of the Court Receiver's Report, let appropriate instructions be taken by the Plaintiff as regards the withdrawal of the Shubham 1 of
