Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that a new date for taking possession of the subject premises, more particularly described in prayer clause (a) of the Court Receiver's Report, under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("SARFAESI Act") shall be taken. No sooner than the date is available, she would file a praecipe with this Court for listing the matter, so that on that scheduled date, the Court Receiver may hand over possession to the respective Tahasildar under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, bringing an end to this long pending possession by the Court Receiver of the subject premises.
