This Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: a) In view of the para 7 above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint Chartered Accountant from the Panel maintained by the Official Liquidator for the purpose of scrutinizing/adjudicating and preparation of the list of Digitally signed by ARTI VILAS KHATATE Date:

ARTI VILAS KHATATE b) If prayer (a) above is in affirmative, the Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay the professional fees of the Chartered Accountant out of fund available to the credit of the company (In Liqn.) as per avk 1/2

Mr.Moorjani, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that pursuant to invitation of claims, three claims have been received by the Official Liquidator's office which would need to be adjudicated, and that, therefore, the Official Liquidator be permitted to appoint Chartered Accountant and also to pay his fees, as per the schedule of fees approved by this Court.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the Official Liquidator's Report, this Court is of the view that the report be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) as above. 4.
