The learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator as well as the Applicant in Interim Application (L) No. 6932 of 2023 submit that this Interim Application as well as the Official Liquidator's Report No.26 of 2024 cannot be disposed of until the adjudication of the claim that was permitted by order dated 28th June 2024 in Interim Application (L) No. 35138 of 2023 inasmuch as the SVC Co-operative Bank Ltd. is yet to furnish certified copies of the documents. Accordingly, the Applicant in Interim Application (L) No. 35138 of 2023 is directed to furnish the documents within a period of four weeks from today and the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the claim within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till then the Interim Application (L) No. 6932 of 2023 and the Official Liquidator's Report No. 26 of 2024 be removed from board. Liberty to apply.
