The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "a) In view of para (10) of this Report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased the ratify the appointment of Advocate Shanay Shah made by the Official Liquidator in the OLR No. 157 of 2019, OLR No. 276 of 2019 and OLR No. 6 of 2023 and further permit to pay the Professional fees of Advocate Shanay from funds of the Company (In Liqn.). And in case no funds are available to the credit of the Sairaj 1 of
2 OLR-38-2024.doc Company (In Liqn.) then from Common Pool Funds (Office Expenses Account) subject to reimbursement of same along with interest@9%."

The appointment of Advocate is ratified with permission to pay the professional fees from the funds of the Company in liquidation. 3.
The OLR's report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under:
