The Official Liquidator's Report seeks to relieve the security agency, viz. Tring Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from the site of the Company in liquidation, situated at Mantri Serene Society, CST No. 827/D of Village - Malad (East), Dinodshi, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. 2.

Mr. Sheth appearing for the Official Liquidator draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 16th February 2024, wherein it has been recorded that in that Interim Application, the Applicant - security agency had requested to be relieved. Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

Mr. Agvekar appears for the Security Agency and submits that while he has no objection to the Official Liquidator's Report being made absolute, however as recorded in the order dated 16th February 2024, there is an outstanding payment of security charges of Rs.90,32,611.14 to be payable to the Security Agency.

Mr. Sheth submits that the said amount should be paid as and when amounts would be received to the credit of the Company in liquidation. The statement is accepted.

The Official Liquidator's Report is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :- "(a) In view of para (7), (8) and (9) of this report, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to relieve the security agency viz. Tring Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from the site of the company situated at Mantri Serene Society, CST No. 827/D of Village - Malad (East), Dinodshi, Goregaon (East), Mumbai."
