This Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following prayer : "(a) In view of para (4) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay a sum of Rs.28,426/- to Admire Publicity Private Limited, Panel Advertising agency towards advertising charges, out of the funds available to the credit of the company (in liqn), subject to deduction of TDS, as applicable."

Ms.Agrawal, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that the Official Liquidator's Report seeks payments towards advertisement.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, the Official Liquidator's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :

"(a) In view of para (4) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay a sum of Rs.28,426/- to Admire Publicity Private Limited, Panel Advertising agency towards advertising charges, out of the funds available to the credit of the company (in liqn), subject to deduction of TDS, as applicable."

The Official Liquidator's Report, accordingly, is allowed and stands disposed.
