Further, under directions of this Court, the Valuation Report, which is in a sealed cover, is opened. The Valuer's Report is perused and after perusal, the said report is directed to be re-sealed. 3.

After hearing Mr.Carvalho, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator, this Court has raised a query as to whether the reserve price fixed by this Court can be disclosed in the sale notice and also what are the proposed timelines/events scheduled for the e-auction. Mr.Carvalho seeks some time to revert on the same.
