This Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following prayers:- "(a) In view of the submission made in para (16) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Principal Secretary Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh to take necessary steps for taking possession of the above mentioned property & record from the Official Liquidator and the Official Liquidator may be permitted to handover possession of the property situated at Dazzale Arcade (entire land & building), Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple lane, Near Ratuwan Apartment, Opp Axis Bank, Honey Park Road, Adajan, Surat-395009 to the authority identified by the Principal Secretary, Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh."

Mr. Hariani, learned Counsel appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that as far as Noticee No.7, the CID, Andhra Pradesh and Nikita Gadgil 1/2

61. OLR 82-24.doc the Principal Secretary of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh are concerned they have been served on 2nd July, 2024 and 1st July, 2024 respectively. However, other Noticees being Noticees No. 1, 2, 4 and 5 could not be served as the packets have been returned.

Ms. Sanghavi, learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner, who is Noticee No. 3, has no objection if the report is allowed. 4.

However, considering that the Noticees No. 6 and 7 have only received the Official Liquidator's Report in the first week of July, list this matter on 8th August, 2024 as to give an opportunity to the Noticees, who are concerned in the grant of the prayers. (ABHAY AHUJA, J.) Nikita Gadgil 2/2
