Pursuant to the order dated 11th July 2024, today when the matter is called out, this Court is informed that the pleadings are complete and that the matter be finally heard. Mr. D'Souza appears for the Kotak Mahindra Bank and submits that he be supplied copies of the Official Liquidator's reply to the Interim Application and the rejoinder of the Applicant in the Interim Application. Let copies be supplied to the learned Counsel for the Kotak Mahindra Bank. 2.

Mr. Sheth seeks time to file additional Affidavit in the Interim Application. Let the same be filed within a period of one week from today with a copy to the other side.
