Pursuant to the order dated 28th June 2024, today when the Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

49-OLR-84-2024.doc matter is called out, Mr. Sharma and Mr. Sheth point out that in paragraph 8 of the Affidavit of the Official Liquidator dated 14th August 2024, the Official Liquidator has submitted that it is necessary that the Applicant submits complete details with respect to the assets of the Company in liquidation under its possession and provide status and copies of all proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal at Chennai and other Courts, pending and disposed. It is submitted that even the information whether the property at Village-Manali in the State of Tamil Nadu as submitted in paragraph 8 of the said Affidavit, which is in possession of the Applicant has been auctioned or not and whether the dues of the Applicant have been paid for or not needs to be provided.

Mr. Tamboly, learned Counsel for the Applicant would submit that all the information and clarifications sought for in paragraph 8 have already been replied in the rejoinder to the said Affidavit. 3.

Be that as it may, let the said information be furnished by way of an Affidavit by the next date, with a copy to the other side, if not already furnished or clarified.
