This Official Liquidator's Report seeks following directions : (a) In view of para (16), (17) & (18) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to provide inspection of requisite documents to Central Bureau of Investigation, Pune lying at Registered office situated at Nav Maharashtra House, 42/43, Shaniwar Peth, Pune.

(b) If prayer clause (a) is in affirmative and in view of para 19 of this report, whether this Hon'ble Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

46-OLR-92-2024.doc Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to handover the original documents as required by the Central Bureau of investigation, Pune only when Central Bureau of Investigation gives a true copies of the said documents at their own cost.

Ms. Thipsay appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that the report seeks permission to grant inspection of certain documents to the Central Bureau of Investigation, Pune and that the Central Bureau of Investigation, Pune has been served. Learned Counsel also submits that telephonically the Central Bureau of Investigation, Pune has informed the Official Liquidator that the Central Bureau of Investigation, Pune has no objection if the report is allowed. Accordingly, the report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and disposed of as such.
