This Official Liquidator's Report seeks permission of this Court to appoint a valuer for valuing the shares of one Freyssinet Prestressed Concrete Co. Ltd. ("FPCCL") in which the company in liquidation holds 1,31,204 equity shares and for payment of professional fees of the said valuer in addition to a direction to the FPCCL to pay dividend to the Official Liquidator of the company in liquidation viz. Amidtown Insurances Services Pvt. Ltd. from the year 2012-2013 till date for the years for which the dividend was declared.

Mr. Carvalho, learned Counsel appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that although the notices have been served upon the Noticees, however, some of the Noticees have been served as late as on 27th August, 2024.

Considering that the Noticees have been served as recently as 27th August, 2024, list the matter on 4th October, 2024. 4.

Let the Notice once again be given to the Noticees of the next date.
