This Official Liquidator's Report seeks appointment of a Chartered Accountant from the panel of the Official Liquidator to assist the Official Liquidator in scrutinizing/adjudicating claims received by the Official Liquidator and to make payment of his fees. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the report, the report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus :

48-OLR-105-2024.doc (a) In view of para 19 above this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Official Liquidator to engage the services of Chartered Accountant from the panel of the Official Liquidator to assist him for scrutinizing/adjudicating the claims to be admitted/rejected of the Company (In Liqn.).

(b) In view of para 20 above this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay professional charges to the Chartered Accountant as per the scale of fees decided by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.04.2023 passed in Official Liquidator's Report No.51 of 2023 out of the fund lying to the credit of the Company (In Liqn.) after deducting the applicable taxes.

The Official Liquidator's Report is accordingly allowed and disposed as above.
