Ms.Agarwal, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and submits that the Official Liquidator's report seeks permission of this Court to appoint a valuer from the panel of the Official Liquidator for the purposes of valuing Ford Fiesta Titanium car surrendered by the vice president of the company in liquidation and presently parked at Swadeshi Mills compound and to pay the fees of the valuer. Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submission, the Official Liquidator's report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus :

(a) In view of the submissions made in paragraph (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a valuer from the panel of the Official Liquidator for the purpose of valuation of the aforesaid vehicle (car) Ford Fiesta Tatanium bearing Registration No. MH-43-AJ7108 presently parked at Swadeshi Mills Compound, Near Chunnabhatti Railway Station, Sion, Mumbai;

(b) If prayer clause (a) is affirmative, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the valuation fees of the said valuer out of the funds lying to the credit of the Company (In Liquidation) after deduction of applicable taxes. 3.

The Official Liquidator's report, accordingly, stands allowed and disposed as above.
