The present OLR seeks following directions :
"(a) In view of para (10) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to invite the claims from the workers/creditors/investors of the Company (In Liquidation) as required under Rule 148 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 by publication of Notice for inviting claims in newspaper(s) i.e. in "Free Press Journal" (English) and "Navshakti" (Marathi) both published from Mumbai through the advertising agency on the panel of the Official Liquidator; (b) If prayer clause (a) is in affirmative, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Applicant in Interim Application (L) No.13806 of 2024 i.e. Bhavani Shankar Sharma and Ors.
to deposit the advertisement charges with the office of Official Liquidator as and when demand by the Official Liquidator and in turn this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the advertisement charges to the advertising agency after deduction of applicable taxes, if any out of the fund deposited by the Applicant in Interim Application (L) No.13806 of 2024 i.e. Bhavani Shankar Sharma and Ors.

The present OLR has been filed by the Official Liquidator in view of the connected Interim Application filed seeking recall of the winding up order on the ground that the Company under liquidation has settled with the creditors and there are no claims outstanding. 3.
In order to ascertain that there are no outstanding claims against the Company under liquidation, OLR seeks permission to invite claims from workers/ creditors / investors and for direction to the Ex-directors of the Company under liquidation to deposit advertisement charges with the Official Liquidator as and when demanded by Official Liquidator.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Ex-Directors, on instructions, submits that he has no objection to the invitation of claims by the Official Liquidator and he is ready and willing to deposit the requisite advertisement charges.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that within a period of two weeks, necessary quotations for issuance of advertisement will be obtained by the Official Liquidator. 6.
