Mr. Hariani today pointed out that as per the previous order dated 1 August 2025, two quotations for publishing the requisite advertisements have been obtained by the Official Liquidator.

Mr. Master submits that the amount of Rs. 29,400/- being the lower Court will be deposited in the Court within two days from today. He submits that the amount shall be deposited with office of Official Liquidator within a period of two days from today.

In view of the above, nothing further would survive for determination in the Official Liquidator's report. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) which reads thus:
"a) In view of para (10) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to invite the claims from the workers/creditors/investors of the Company (In Liquidation) as required under Rule 148 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 by publication of Notice for inviting claims in newspaper(s) i.e. in "Free Press Journal" (English) and "Navshakti" (Marathi) both published from Mumbai through the advertising agency on the panel of the Official Liquidator;
3/3 b) If prayer clause (a) is in affirmative, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Applicant in Interim Application (L) No.13806 of 2024 i.e. Bhavani Shankar Sharma and Ors. to deposit the advertisement charges with the office of Official Liquidator as and when demand by the Official Liquidator and in turn this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the advertisement charges to the advertising agency after deduction of applicable taxes, if any out of the fund deposited by the Applicant in Interim Application (L) No.13806 of 2024 i.e. Bhavani Shankar Sharma and Ors. with the Official Liquidator;" 4.
The Official Liquidator report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
