These proceedings are taken on record in the light of the prayer made on behalf of the noticee-Krantikari Kamgar Union . by BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2025.04.29 11:52:51 +0530 BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI 3.

On 3rd October 2024, this Court had taken up Official Liquidator's Report (OLR) No.111 of 2024 and after allowing the same in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (e), directed that the steps contemplated upon the prayer being granted be taken, including payment to 787 workers within six months.

The learned counsel for the official liquidator informs this Court that about 400 workers have responded to the notices and the remaining workers are yet to respond. In that light, a prayer is made on behalf of the Krantikari Kamgar Union for extension of time by six months to complete the process under the aforesaid OLR.

Having considered the submissions, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer deserves to be granted. Accordingly, time period specified in paragraph 4 of the order dated 3rd October 2024, is extended by period of six months from today. 6.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
