Heard, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. 2.

By this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the following reliefs are sought.

"a) In view of para (5) whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to ratify the action of Official Liquidator in appointment of V. S. Jadon & Co. Valuer LLP, Valuer in a place of M/s. Accurate Valuers and Engineering Services, as per the order 10.06.2016 for inventory and valuation of the movable assets;

b) In view of para (10) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to Shrikant Malani

7.OLR.122.2024.doc pay the fees of the Valuer, V.S. Jadon & Co. Valuers LLP against their invoice of Rs.29,900/- (Rupees Twenty Nine Thousand and Nine hundred only) towards the valuation, from the funds available to the credit of the company (In Liqn.) subject to deduction of TDS/GST."

This Court has perused the OLR. For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.4 to 9 thereof, this Court is convinced that in the interest of justice the above prayers deserve to be granted. 4.

Accordingly, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), quoted hereinabove.
