Heard, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. 2.
By this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the following directions are prayed for:
"a) In view of the above para (5) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to allow the Official Liquidator to appoint an advocate from the panel list of Official Liquidator, Bengaluru to act, appear and plead on behalf of the Official Liquidator, Bombay before the Hon'ble Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru in Writ Petition No.28706 of 2024;
b) In view of the para (6) of this report, whether, this Hon'ble Shrikant Malani
8.OLR.123.2024.doc Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment to the said advocate towards his professional fees as per invoice as & when received from him out of the funds available to the credit of the Company (In Prov. Liqn.)"

The learned counsel for the Official Liquidator informs this Court that the pending writ petition before the Karnataka High Court is now directed to be listed in January, 2025.
