Ms.Sneha Goyal, learned Counsel, appears for the Official Liquidator and seeks some time to furnish the order dated 8th November 2011 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.9630 of 2011 to demonstrate that the EPFO claims have a priority over all the other claims.

It is observed from the Official Liquidator's that in all there are 23 claims out of which only one claim of EPFO has been adjudicated avk 1/2

35-OLR-126-2024.doc and by this report a 100% dividend is sought to be declared in respect of the claim of the EPFO while the other 22 claims, 1 of worker, 14 of staff, 3 of unsecured creditors and 4 of government dues are yet to be adjudicated.
