Ms. Desai, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the present Petition is filed for Letters of Administration with Will annexed in respect of the properties of one Raminderpal Singh Pruthi (the deceased). The Petitioners are the sons of the deceased, however, Executor named under the said Will is wife of the deceased, who has also a life interest in the estate of the deceased. Learned Counsel seeks leave to file an appropriate application. 2.
