Mr. Maheshwari, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent has been served and affidavit of service dated 23 August 2024, has already been filed.

He submits that yesterday evening, around 11.00 p.m., he received an email from the respondent, requesting him to furnish the virtual hearing link of this Court to enable him to attend today's proceedings.

There are some issues, today with online hearing, therefore, Advocates and parties are not able to join hearing virtually. Hence, place this matter after three weeks.
