By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated May 6, 2025 to correct the error. The matter was review in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In Paragraph 1 of the said order, the words "agreement dated November 6, 2023" be replaced and read as "Sale Deed and Indemnity cum Undertaking both dated November 6, 2023". As also in Paragraph 6 of the said order, the words "Work Orders" be replaced and read as "Sale Deed and Indemnity cum Undertaking".
