Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. They have submitted that the parties are exploring the possibility of settlement. Let such a process be initiated, and if not already completed, it shall be done positively within a period of ten days from today.

In the event, the parties are unable to resolve their dispute amicably, the learned counsel for the respondents shall file their affidavit in replies to the application within a period of one week thereafter. The learned advocate for the applicant shall then file a rejoinder within a period of one week from the receipt of the said replies from the respondents.

Let the pleadings be completed as directed above. Stand over to 25 February 2025.
