By an order dated 28 January 2025 the proceedings were adjourned on the ground that the parties are exploring the possibility of settlement. However, it is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that they are not ad idem on settlement and the progress thereof.

Be that as it may, respondent nos.2 and 4 to 7 along with the other respondents are directed to file their affidavit in reply within 10 days from today, if they so desire, without further extension, and serve a copy in advance to the learned counsel for the applicant. On receipt of such affidavits in reply, the learned counsel for the applicant may file its rejoinder within a period of one week thereafter, if necessary.

It is made clear that no further request for adjournment will be entertained by any of the parties and the Court will endeavour to hear the matter and pass Pallavi Wargaonkar, PS 1/2
