By an order dated 27 January 2025 the respondents were directed to file a reply within a period of two weeks and rejoinder thereafter within a period of one week.

However, today the learned senior counsel for the respondent would tender affidavit in reply in Court and a copy is served on the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant would want to file rejoinder to such reply. The same would be filed positively within a period of 10 days from the date this order is uploaded with advance copy to the learned Advocate for the respondents.
