By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated March 5, 2025, to change the name of the arbitrator, in view of the inability expressed by the arbitrator appointed to take up the case. The matter was reviewed in Chamber and this order is passed.

In paragraph No.7a of the said order, the name of the arbitrator which was mentioned as "Justice (Retired) Anuja Prabhudesai, a former Judge of this Court" be changed and read as "Mr. Shailesh Shah, an advocate of this Court". The corrected paragraph 7a reads as under:

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
