Learned Counsel for the Applicant has no objection to the same. In these circumstances, retaining all the elements of the Order passed on the last occasion, the Learned Sole Arbitrator is hereby replaced by appointing Mr. Aakash Rebello, a Learned Advocate of this Court as a substitute arbitrator.
