Learned Counsel for the parties submit that since the Learned Sole Arbitrator appointed by an Order dated April 29, 2025 has recused from the matter, they have consensus on substitution of the Arbitrator. 2.

In these circumstances, the earlier Arbitrator is hereby substituted by Ms. Dipti Bhute, Learned Advocate of this Court as the substitute Sole Arbitrator. The parties shall approach the Learned Sole Arbitrator for further instructions in the matter. The terms of appointment of the substituted Sole Arbitrator shall be the same as the SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 Aarti Palkar

909.CARAP.268.2024.doc earlier Arbitrator. With the aforesaid directions, this Application is finally disposed of.
