Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the arbitration proceedings are already underway before the MSME Facilitation Council and therefore objects to allowing this application. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the claim for which proceedings before the MSME Facilitation Council are underway is different from the claim for which this application has been filed. He seeks some time to take instructions as to which of the two forums would be pursued and whether the applicant would make an election on this subject. In these circumstances, stand over to April 7, 2025 under the same caption.
