Heard Mr. Kevic Setalvad, learned senior counsel for the applicant and Mr. Kevin Pereira, learned advocate for the respondents. 2.

At the very outset, the learned advocate for the respondents requests for some time in order to enable the respondents to place on record affidavit in reply to the said application. He would further submit that the affidavit in reply would be filed positively within a period of 3 weeks from today.

On receipt of the same, the learned senior counsel for the applicant would submit that the rejoinder, if any, to such reply would be filed within a period of 1 week from the receipt of such reply. 4.
