This Appeal under Section 13(1-A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 has been filed challenging order dated on 25 October 2024, by which application filed by the Appellants under Order 39 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been rejected and the ad-interim order dated 12 August 2024 is directed to be continued.

It is not in dispute that the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 is pending consideration before the learned Single Judge. It is stated 1/2

We, therefore, request the learned Single Judge to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 within a period of six weeks from today.
