The learned Counsel for the Respondents has today submitted that the Respondents will purge the contempt by complying with the order dated 13 th September, 2024 within a period of five weeks from today. However, having heard this matter at extensive length and having noted that the stand of the Respondents taken being entirely unreasonable, I am not satisfied with the oral statement. Let the Respondents place on affidavit what steps they proposes to take to purge this contempt. Let such affidavit be filed on or before 23 rd March, 2026.
