7-CPCD-9-2025+ copy.doc under the Contempt of Courts Act. The earmarking of funds that was directed has simply not been complied with.

It is not open for observations of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal to be treated as being completely non-existent or "written on water". However, purely as a last chance to enable purging of the contempt, a deadline of October 31, 2025, 4:00 p.m. is fixed for earmarking the funds in terms of the directions that are required to be complied with.

If such compliance is not effected, appropriate action for contempt would follow.

List on November 6, 2025 to hear the parties on the contempt action. The permission to alleged contemnors to appear online has been withdrawn. On the next occasion, they shall remain present physically in Court.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
