2/2 901 CPCD 9-25.doc P.C:- By order dated 5/12/2025, the contemnor was directed to remain present before the Court today at 10.30 a.m, by expressing a satisfaction that prima facie case has been made out for initiation of contempt proceedings and it was also indicated that the charge shall be framed against him. Even today, the contemnor is unable to remain present before us and this is on account of the cancellation of the Star Alliance Flight No. AI 2975 which he booked from Delhi and which was scheduled to bring him to Mumbai at 8.45 a.m.

The Boarding Passes along with the cancellation is also placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Left with no other option, I deem it appropriate to list the proceedings for hearing on 9/1/2026 on the Supplementary Board.
