Since today Respondent No. 3 has not appeared and Respondent No. 4 has chosen to appear briefly through video conferencing, despite specific orders passed by this Court directing their physical presence and dispensing with Meera Jadhav

2/2 2-CPCDL-344-25.DOC virtual appearance, I am left with no option but to issue non-bailable warrants to secure the presence of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. At this stage, learned counsel for Respondent No. 4 has earnestly urged this Court not to issue a non-bailable warrant against Respondent No. 4, submitting that Respondent No. 4 shall remain personally present before this Court tomorrow. However, as this Court has already directed the Registry to issue a non-bailable warrant against Respondent No. 3, all the Respondents are directed to remain personally present before this Court on the next date. th January 2026.
